Jim Hughson, a native of Fort St. John, BC, has been a highly regarded NHL Hockey Broadcaster since the mid-1970s. Hughson called the play-by-play of the Vancouver Canucks and the Toronto Maple Leafs for several seasons before establishing himself as one of the top National hockey broadcasters with TSN, Sportsnet and CBC’s Hockey Night in Canada.

Hughson has won 5 Gemini Awards and is noted for his enthusiastic and professional broadcasting ability. He has broadcast World Junior Hockey Championships and numerous NHL games and Stanley Cup series.
